REFUND POLICY

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 30 days of your program or product purchase, if you are not satisfied. 

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your program purchase.  To be eligible for a merchandise refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Reason for Refund: Please provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. 

Process: Please email us at support@wlcw.coach so we can help you through the process. Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. If your refund is for merchandise, we will contact you with instructions on how to return the item. 

Exceptions: Refunds are not available for programs or products purchased more than 30 days prior.
